SHIPPING POLICY

WE DELIVER TO USA AND CANADA Unless stated otherwise on specific products:
To USA: Orders shipped by USPS First Class Mail delivered in 8-10 business days.
SHIPPING: Flat rates based on purchase amount:
$5 shipping cost for purchase totaling $0 to $30
$10 shipping cost for purchase totaling $30.01 to 70.00
$15 shipping cost for purchase totaling $70.01 to $500
To CANADA:Orders shipped by Standard Mail with International Tracking delivered in 10-15 business days.  See note below about duties.
SHIPPING: Flat rates based on purchase amount:
$12 shipping cost for purchases totaling $0 to $40
$20 shipping cost for purchases totaling $40.01 to $90
$25 shipping cost for purchases totaling $90.01 to $500

 DUTIES ON CANADIAN ORDERS. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over what (if any) duties will be charged by Canadian Customs, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties at the time of delivery by Canadian Customs. Any personalized order refused by customers attempting to avoid duties charges cannot be returned for a refund.

RETURN POLICY:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We do not refund or process exchanges for:
Buyer's remorse, size, style or design exchanges unless specifically stated for a product.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We require a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds are credited back to your payment method.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of standard US Postal Service first class mail return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
