DUTIES ON CANADIAN AND WORLDWIDE ORDERS. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over what (if any) duties will be charged by Customs, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties at the time of delivery by Customs. Any personalized order refused by customers attempting to avoid duties charges cannot be returned for a refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days after your receipt of product.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be fully refunded for the product and shipping if you do not choose to get a replacement.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We do not refund or process exchanges for:
Buyer's remorse, size, style or design exchanges unless specifically stated for a product.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, contact us first for authorization by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give you the shipping and address instructions.
We require proof of purchase with your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your full refund, including approved return shipping cost will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds are credited back to your payment method.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
